Classes
Small Group Classes are where it’s at for feeling comfortable, engaged and effectively coached. All of our classes are led by one of our amazeballs certified coaches and we’re very confident you’ll feel right at ease from the start.
We offer variety in our formats to ensure our cardio loving babes have what they need, to those wanting that perfect blend of cardio and full body strength, to those just wanting to LIFT heavy. We even have a dedicated Stretch and Mobility class to help with your recovery and tight spots.

Butts & Guts
12 women and 45 minutes
Fire up your core and sculpt your butt in this highly popular class format that will target your glutes, abs and everything in between. Expect a mix of strength training, body weight resistance and mobility principals to have you functioning optimally and supporting the rest of your body. Suitable for beginner to advanced exercisers looking to level up their fitness.
Upper Lift
Focus on building strength, power and definition in your upper body with this exclusive strength class. Target your chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps using barbells, bench, landmine, dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands. This class will incorporate compound lifts and isolation moves to improve your upper body strength, posture and muscle mass. Suitable for all fitness abilities.
Lower LIFT
Strengthen, define and empower your lower body with this focused lower body strength class. We will train your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves with a variety of equipment including the squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, landmine, kettlebells and steps/risers. This format is designed to increase muscle mass, strength, improve stability and boost performance. All fitness levels welcome.
Full body LIFT
So you want it all, we’ve got a class for that! Build your strength from head to toe with this balanced full-body strength training session. You’ll hit all major muscle groups using a mix of lifts and resistance movements that will increase your muscle mass and definition and improve overall body composition. This is perfect for anyone looking to improve overall body health and it’s suitable for all exercisers.

Get the best of both worlds with this full body workout that combines short cardio intervals on the air bike and strength training utilizing a wide array of strength equipment. You’ll move through your workout at your own pace within a small group making this as challenging as you need all while building a stronger body and improved cardiovascular health. This is our signature class, most loved format and great for all levels of exercisers including those just getting started.
Want to feel unstoppable and in control, you need this workout! Challenge yourself with this full body workout designed to make you sweat and push boundaries. Strength, cardio, agility, power, its all here and we’re bringin in the big toys! Tractor tire, sledgehammer, sled and turf, sandbags, slam balls, battle ropes, the list is literally endless. This class takes place indoors and outside weather permitting. Great for all levels!

Boot Camp

HIIT & Stretch
12 women, 45 minute class
Get in, go hard and get results. This fast paced workout has you maxing out your effort for short periods of time then recovery pauses before going again. Cardio based, heath pumping and loads of fun, all while working at your own ability. But here’s the twist, after the sweat show, we’re slowing down for a calm, lights out stretch to refocus and balance you out from head to toe, its quite literally the perfect blend for everyone.
Indoor sessions utilizing foam rollers, yoga blocks, trigger point balls and stretch straps. A time to unwind and focus on relaxing those tight spots, improving mobility and recover from your workouts and sedentary lifestyles.

Memberships and Class Passes*
12 month membership
For $149+hst a month this membership gives you access to attend unlimited available classes in the schedule for 12 months from the date of purchase (this includes access to open gym time!). At the end of 12 months the pass automatically renews month to month. Once the first 12 monthly installments are paid, you have the option to cancel at anytime, with 20 days written notice to prior to your next scheduled auto payment. Early cancellation within the initial 12 months is subject to a cancellation fee. Please note booking a class and not attending will result in a $15 no show fee if you don’t cancel your spot within 2 hours of the class start time.
No commitment month to month membership
For $175+hst a month this membership gives you access to attend unlimited available classes in the schedule for 6 months from the date of purchase (this includes access to open gym time!). At the end of 6 months the pass automatically renews month to month. Once the first 6 monthly installments are paid, you have the option to cancel at anytime, with 20 days written notice to prior to your next scheduled auto payment. Early cancellation within the initial 6 months is subject to a cancellation fee. Please note booking a class and not attending will result in a $15 no show fee if you don’t cancel your spot within 2 hours of the class start time.
10 class pass
For $210+hst this pass gives you access to attend unlimited available classes in the schedule until your 10 class pass is used. Your pass is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please note booking a class and not attending will result in a $15 no show fee if you don’t cancel your spot within 2 hours of the class start time.
1 class pass
For $25+hst this pass gives you access to attend 1 available class. Your pass is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note booking a class and not attending will result in a $15 no show fee if you don’t cancel your spot within 2 hours of the class start time.
