SMALL GROUP TRAINING WILL change the way you feel about exercise,
how you exercise and your health!

Small Group Classes are where it’s at for feeling comfortable, engaged and effectively coached.  All of our classes are led by one of our amazeballs certified coaches and we’re very confident you’ll feel right at ease from the start. 

 We offer variety in our formats to ensure our cardio loving babes have what they need, to those wanting that perfect blend of cardio and full body strength, to those just wanting to LIFT heavy.

Boot Camp

8 women, 45-minute workouts, $20 per sweat sesh.
Outside workouts and inside when the weather is not co-operating, suitable for all levels.  These classes will have you working through circuits utilizing battle ropes, tire flips and sledgehammer slams, running, body weight strength exercises and medicine balls.  This class is sure to relieve stress and leave you sweaty!

4×4 Training

4 women, 45-minute workouts, $25 per workout.

Indoor workouts that are circuit style training. These workouts including our beloved air bikes to amp up the heart rate and loads of strength equipment too, so you get in a full body strength and cardio workout every single time!

LIFT CAMP

6 women, 45-minute workouts, $25 per workout.

Indoor workouts suitable for those with a little experience with weights.  The class structure is unlike anything else.  Clients will track their individual reps and weights and aggressively progress their strength weekly under the guidance of an expert lifting coach.  This program is entirely strength based and will have you falling in love with the technique of the basics like the deadlift and back row.  This is what you want if you’re looking to get STRONG AF!

KettleBell Class

6 women, 45-minute workouts, $25 per session.

Indoor workout class that is a fun strength and conditioning program using kettlebells! This program focuses on technique and various exercises to make you sweat!

Stretch and Mobility Class

45-minute session, $15 per session.

Stretch and Mobility will have you feeling relief from those tight spots. This class utilizes stretch straps, foam rolling, and your yoga mat. This 45 minute session will allow you to wind down after a busy day.

    4 x 4, Boot Camp & LIFT Camp Training Agreement


    This agreement is made this date , 2023 by and between Mary Telford (hereinafter "the Trainer" and (hereinafter "the Client"), an individual residing at , Ontario. Where Mary Telford is a certified and insured personal trainer, and the Client wishes to benefit from the Trainer’s services, advice and programs during the term of this agreement, the following conditions exist and the parties listed here agree to the following.

    Term

    The Client hereby hires and retains the services of Mary Telford Personal Training Gym for sessions as set out below. ( ←-Initial)

    Start/end date is March 18th 2024 - June 23rd 2024 | 14 weeks

    Fees
    For all services to be rendered by the Trainer under this agreement, the Trainer shall be paid by
    credit/debit/cash/cheque or E-transfer to: CoachMary @marytelford.net, password: bowmanville

    Failure to Remit Payment
    I understand that if I do not make payment as set out above, Mary Telford Personal Training studio reserves the right to cancel the contract and may pursue recovery action against me. (←-Initial)

    NSF/Returned Cheque
    Upon notice of a returned cheque, the Client must issue payment in the amount of the returned payment plus a $45 NSF charge to cover bank charges incurred by Mary Telford Personal Training studio, prior to their next session. This policy is in force in conjunction with the Failure to Remit Payment policy. (←-Initial)

    Cancellations
    Advance notice for non-attendance to 4 x 4, Boot Camp, LIFT Camp sessions is appreciated at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled session. Sessions are non-transferrable, non-refundable and no credits provided. This policy is in force in conjunction with the Refund policy.

    Late Arrivals
    Sessions shall be 45 minutes in length and shall start at the scheduled time. Sessions will not be extended due to the tardiness of the Client or due to interruptions made by the Client. Any Client who has not arrived within 15 minutes after the scheduled time shall be deemed cancelled and will be charged for the session. I understand that any arrangement regarding the late arrival/cancelled session(s) is at the discretion of Mary Telford Personal Training studio and its Trainers. (←-Initial)

    Refunds
    All non personal training sessions, such as 4x4, Boot Camp, LIFT Camp (and any future offerings) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The Client will not be credited with future sessions. Any arrangement otherwise is at the discretion of Mary Telford Personal Training studio. (←-Initial)
    In the event that a medical problem or prolonged circumstances prevent completion of the 4 x 4, Boot Camp, LIFT Camp series within the time period set forth in this agreement, the Client may be permitted, at the discretion of Mary Telford Personal Training studio and where availability exists, to attend sessions in a subsequent series offering.

    Consent to Use of Image
    I hereby give Mary Telford Personal Training studio permission to use images of me, taken during participation in any activities and/or events hosted/co-hosted by Mary Telford Personal Training studio, for any purposes in connection to promotion, advertising and marketing Mary Telford Personal Training studio and its activities, in electronic, media or print form. Mary Telford Personal Training studio may crop, alter, or modify images of me and combine such images with other images, text, recordings, and graphics without notifying me. (←-Initial)

    Consent to Email Communication
    I hereby consent to receiving e-mail communication from Mary Telford Personal Training studio for the purpose of gym updates and policies, registration details, member information, special events, marketing, and other alike communications. (←-Initial)

    Privacy
    Any personal data collected by Mary Telford Personal Training studio is retained and stored securely. Your information is not shared or sold to anyone for any purpose and is solely used by Mary Telford Personal Training studio and its trainers, as needed, to provide the services retained by the Client.

    Consent
    I understand and expressly agree that my use of Mary Telford Personal Training studio involves risk of injury to me whether caused by me or not. I understand that these risks are inherent in physical activity and my use of the facilities can range from minor injuries to major injuries including death. In consideration of my participation in the activities and use of the facilities, exercise equipment and services offered by Mary Telford Personal Training studio, I understand and voluntarily accept full responsibility on my behalf for the risk of injury or loss arising out of or related to my use of the facilities including but not limited to exercise equipment and programs and services. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I do hereby forever release, waive, discharge Mary Telford Personal Training studio and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action related to my use of the facility (collectively, “Claims”) against Mary Telford Personal Training studio.
    This agreement may not be changed except by written amendment duly executed by all parties.
