We can help you push yourself to gain strength and confidence in and outside of the gym. Your coach provides you the accountability that you owe to yourself. The programming your coach prepares will provide you the instructions on how to perform exercises with proper form and ensure variety and efficiency.
Included in your personal training package is an initial fitness assessment. This 30 minute session includes muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, and balance assessments that will provide your coach an understanding of your strengths and development areas. This session and the included follow ups will give your coach real time information to create custom programming based on your goals, needs and data driven progress.

If you’re looking to buddy up and have a partner throughout your workouts, we also offer semi-private training.
Semi-Private Training is an opportunity to work closely with one other client in a challenging, yet intimate setting, where your program is still specially tailored to your specific fitness goals, but you get the best of personal training and partner motivation!
We know sometimes the convenience of your home is best suited for your lifestyle and the equipment you’ve had for years is ready to be used again! We offer online personal training which can give you a good sweat in a quick 30-minute session with one of our certified trainers.
